How to fill in the Packing slip
- 1Enter the sender's name, address and phone, then the delivery address.
- 2Add the order number, ship date, carrier and tracking number.
- 3List each item with its code and the quantities ordered and shipped. Prices are left out on purpose.

Why are there no prices?
A packing slip lets the recipient check the contents of a parcel. Prices usually go on the invoice, and leaving them out is handy for gifts.
What if only part of the order is shipped?
Enter the ordered and the shipped quantity for each item. The difference shows what will follow in a later shipment.
Is filling in the form free?

Where is my data stored?
