Convert emails to PDF
Save emails as PDF documents with the sender, recipients, date and subject on top. Upload .eml files (Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird) or .msg files (Outlook) and get one PDF in date order, or one PDF per email.
Attachments such as PDFs, images and Office documents are added as pages, and the original email with every attachment is also saved inside the PDF, so nothing is lost. Images from the internet are never loaded.
The file is converted on our server, deleted right after the conversion, and the result is deleted within 60 minutes.

How do I save an email as a file?
Outlook: drag the email to your desktop (.msg). Gmail: open the email, ⋮ menu > Download message (.eml). Apple Mail and Thunderbird: drag the email out or use File > Save As.
Are attachments included?
Yes. PDFs, images and Word, Excel or PowerPoint files are added as pages after the email. Other files are listed in the header and embedded in the PDF.
Can I use the PDF as evidence?
A PDF keeps the content, the header and, embedded inside it, the original email. Whether it is accepted as evidence depends on the court or authority; keep the original emails too.
Is my file safe?
The file is converted on our server, deleted right after the conversion, and the result is deleted within 60 minutes. We never look at your files or use them for anything else.
