Subscription Policy

How PDFora Pro is billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded.

1. Plans and prices

PDFora Pro unlocks downloads in every tool. There are two plans:

  • Pro monthly: the first 7 days at an introductory price, then the monthly price every month until you cancel.
  • Pro annual: one payment per year, renewed every year until you cancel.

The price that applies to you is the one shown on the checkout page before you pay, in your currency. The current prices are:

Prices include VAT/GST where the law requires it (EU, Australia). In Canada and the United States applicable sales taxes are added at checkout. In the United Arab Emirates the price shown is final and no VAT is added. In other countries the price is in US dollars, and any tax due in your country is added at checkout; your bank or Stripe may show it converted into your currency.

PDFora Pro is sold through Link (Stripe) as merchant of record, see section 6 of the Terms of Service. For now it is not available with a billing address in the EU/EEA or in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, China, Kosovo, Ascension Island, and Tristan da Cunha.

2. What you see before you pay

Before you pay, the pricing page and then Stripe's checkout page show the amount charged today (Stripe's page adds any tax due for your billing address), the date and amount of the next charge, how often you will be charged after that, and how to cancel. The button that leads to payment is labelled Subscribe and pay.

3. Renewal and reminders

  • Monthly plan: after the 7-day introductory period, the monthly price is charged automatically, then every month on the same day. We email you 3 days before the first monthly charge. If you cancel during the introductory period, you will not be charged the monthly price.
  • Annual plan: the subscription renews automatically every year at the annual price. You get a reminder email 30 days before each renewal, sent by Link on our behalf.

Charges are made to the payment method you gave at checkout. Link confirms each charge with a receipt email. Stripe's checkout page and Link may call the introductory week a "trial": it is the paid introductory period described above.

If a payment fails, Link tells you by email so that you can update your payment method, and your account shows it. Pro downloads are paused until the payment succeeds.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in two clicks: in your account, open Manage subscription and choose Cancel subscription, then confirm. You can also use Cancel contract here (no login needed), the Stripe customer portal or link.com, or write to support@pdfora.click from the email address of your account.

After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charge is made and we confirm the cancellation by email. Until that date you can resume the subscription in your account.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge (the introductory charge, a monthly charge or an annual charge), without giving a reason. Write to support@pdfora.click from the email address of your account.

We refund the full amount of that charge to the payment method you used, at the latest 14 days after receiving your request. Your bank may need a few more days to show it. The refunded subscription is then cancelled and Pro ends.

This promise applies in every country where we sell and is more generous than the EU right of withdrawal, which only covers the first 14 days of the contract (see section 8 of the Terms of Service).

After 14 days from a charge, that charge is not refunded, except where the law requires it (for example if the service does not work as described).

Link's customer support can also help with billing questions, and in some cases may refund a payment itself (within 60 days).

6. Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies. The new price applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before then if you do not agree. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
